The next drawing in the sequence actually was a a present so, it ended up being something a bit more fitting. Instad of a comic book character. This was the last of my drawings that used just a HB pencil. I did however venture down the use of ausing a kneaded eraser. Whick can be INCREDIBLY useful , as I later found out. Especially for instance amplifying the reflection of light from the edges of the Roses petals.
Another area which I tried to improve upon in the image again was shadows. I think this is the first drawing wheras it is possible to get the sense of depth.
